Essential CCTV Care
Two preventive visits a year for a single-site camera system — lens cleaning, focus and alignment checks, recorder health, retention audit and firmware updates.
A maintenance contract is only worth what is written in it. Ours specify response times, what is covered, what is not, and who you speak to — before you sign anything.
Every plan includes scheduled visits, not only callouts. An engineer checks focus and alignment, verifies that recording is actually happening at the retention you are paying for, clears fans and filters, and reviews firmware. Most of the faults we would otherwise be called out for get caught here instead.
Two preventive visits a year for a single-site camera system — lens cleaning, focus and alignment checks, recorder health, retention audit and firmware updates.
Covers up to 25 desktops and laptops with unlimited remote support, next-business-day on-site attendance, patching and antivirus management.
Switching, firewall and wireless under one contract — configuration backups, firmware currency, quarterly coverage checks and capacity reporting.
Proactive monitoring of servers and storage with monthly restore tests, capacity forecasting and a spare-unit pool so a hardware failure is hours, not weeks.
Everything on one site under a single contract — cameras, access control, network, servers and endpoints — with one number to call and one quarterly report.
Four-hour on-site response, 24×7 including holidays, a named account engineer and pre-staged spares held for your site specifically.
Figures are indicative for a typical site of that size. The contract is priced after we have inventoried what is actually installed — including equipment we did not supply.
If you have eight cameras in one building, hardware under warranty and no compliance obligation, a contract is probably not worth it.
Call us when something breaks and pay for the visit. We will still hold your documentation and still know your site. Several of our long-standing clients work exactly this way, and we have talked more than one of them out of a contract they were ready to sign.
Where an AMC genuinely pays for itself is multi-site estates, anywhere footage is needed for compliance or insurance, and sites where a day of downtime costs more than the annual fee. If that is you, the arithmetic is usually not close.
You do not need to have bought from us. We audit and document what is already there, then quote a contract against it — replacing only what genuinely needs replacing.
